Established in 1981, Margie's Doll House is owned by Margie and Don Napoletano. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus and American Express Cards. Convenient lay-away plans and automatic charge plans to your credit card are also available. Store hours are 10 am to 6 pm daily. Sundays from 11 am to 6 pm.

Deposits:
Unless otherwise noted, when you order for items NOT in stock we may charge a minimum deposit of 25% or $10 per item, whichever is greater. The balance plus any shipping charges is due when we ship to you.

Return & Cancellation Policy For Online Order Sales:
We gladly accept returns on defective products or incorrectly shipped items within 7 days of receipt. Please call us to arrange return. The returned items will be replaced upon receipt of the return. Please order only what you want. Cancellation of an order may result in a cancellation fee of $10 per item. We do not accept cancellations after merchandise has shipped.

Shipping/Handling Policies:
We ship UPS ground to 48 US states. We ship all other shipments via air mail. Any free shipping mentioned applies only to 48 US states. We charge actual costs and no handling fee for ALASKA, HAWAII, CANADA and other. INTERNATIONAL shipping is via air parcel. Actual costs and no handling fees are charged. Please advise of us any special customs instructions you may have. We will ship individual items as they arrive unless otherwise instructed.

Ordering by Phone:
You can call us at 559 297-7840 to place your order Monday - Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm and on Sunday from 11 am to 9 pm Pacific time. If we are unable to take your call our voice mail will accept your message.

Layaway Plans:
We offer a sliding scale layaway plan from 30 to 90 days based on availability of doll and amount of purchase:

Up to $100....30 day plan.
1/2 down, balance due in 1 payment in 30 days.

$101 to 300......60 day plan.
1/3 down, balance payable in 2 equal payments over 60 days.

$301 +......90 day plan
1/4 down, balance payable in 3 equal payments over 90 days.

Layaways in default of payment schedule for more than 60 days shall be deemed canceled and all payments or deposits will be forfeited. Payments are not transferable. We do not issue refunds or issue credits to your credit card. We do not allow return or exchange of layaway items.

Automatic Credit Card payments:
The balance due on pre orders can be divided equally by the number months remaining until the scheduled last pre ordered item is due.

About Margie's Dollhouse:

Margie's Doll House is owned and operated by Margie and Don Napoletano. We have one walk-in store front location, a warehouse, and do an extensive mail order business generated through our ads in various Doll Magazines and the internet.

Our goal is to promote the hobby of collecting dolls, to keep the fun in the hobby and advance the knowledge of our customers as well as to learn from them. Service is our number one product. This is the one area of retailing that can be completely controlled by us.

We like to start with knowing our products well and sharing this information with our customers. We are not simple "order takers." We hand pick all the dolls we ship and package them well. We depend a great deal on word of mouth advertising. We have been in the Doll Business since 1982, having started in San Jose California and then relocating in 1983 to our current location here in Clovis California.

Margie's Dollhouse Privacy Policy:

In connection with your use of our site, we collect two types of information: "Anonymous information" and "personally identifiable information."

Anonymous information refers to information we cannot tie back to a specific individual.
